Assignment: Make a large scale item only using paper. Inspired from Elizabethan collar design.

 

60 day assigment: work on the piece for 5-10 minutes a day for an entire semester to create something you would not be able to normally accomplish. For this project, I made one paper crane everyday and wrote a varying information about my day on the wings of each crane. For the final, I strung them together to create a gradient mobile. 

 

Assignment: Students must research a topic that interests them and create a large scale work based off of the research. I looked into sexual assault on college campuses and set out to create a series of large scale posters to put up over all of Michigan's campus. The models are fellow students who support the cause. Posters sparked conversation, including getting mentioned on Michigan radio and various forms of social media.
